How do we collect your information?

Information Security and Notification

For your online transactions, we use Secure Socket Layer (?SSL?) technology, third party software to control the use of digital certificates which support up to 256-bit encryption, designed to secure your online ordering process. Web browsers, like Internet Explorer and Mozilla, generally provide clear visual indicators that tell you whether or not you are browsing in secure mode. How does free return shipping work?

We offer free standard shipping on all online returns within 90 days. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow 10 business days for processing your return once we receive it. Start your Online Return.

 
Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. APO and FPO orders are shipped via Standard and take 2-6 weeks; however, transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints, according to the Military Postal Service Agency.

What is your online return & exchange policy?

  • If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase within 90 days from the original date of purchase.
  • Pants that have been ordered with Creaset® and/or an online tailoring option may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase by mail.
  • If you wish to exchange your pants by mail because you feel the alterations are incorrect, please specify your measurements in the comments section provided on the front of this packing slip and return by mail.
  • All refunds must be accompanied by the packing slip, and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card.
  • Free shipping on all exchanges/returns to our Returns Center. Please allow 10 business days for processing your return once we receive it.
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, the original credit card used will be credited.

Exchanges and Returns by Mail
Go to www.josephabboud.com/returns and print out a mailing label to our Returns Center. You'll need your order number to proceed. Please include the return form (located on the packing slip) with your return. Affix the mailing label to your return package. Ensure that the package is free from other tracking labels or addresses. Drop off at your nearest shipping location.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Do you ship to US military addresses (APO/FPO)?

Orders shipping to US military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you'll be billed by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

 
Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?

If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process. Some restrictions include cologne, any merchandise containing exotic skins or fur, and gift cards or e-gift cards.

What is your return policy for international orders?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a question to our Customer Service team or refer to the International Ordering section on our Phone Support page. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

 
Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, items shipped internationally cannot be exchanged.

What is an eGift Card?

An eGift Card is an electronic gift card that arrives via e-mail to the e-mail address you specify during checkout. Your gift recipient can then use his/her eGift Card to buy products and services available in our store and on josephabboud.com.

 
How long does it take for my eGift Card to arrive?

Subject to credit approval, we strive to email the eGift Card recipient within the next business day after the order has been received. That said, sometimes orders for eGift Cards are subject to additional verification before fulfillment, which may delay delivery.

 
What are the gift card Terms and Conditions?

The Joseph Abboud Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable online at www.josephabboud.com or at any Joseph Abboud store for the purchase of merchandise and in-store services with the following restrictions:

1. Gift cards that do not have a PIN number on the back are only redeemable in our stores.
2. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Any portion of the original transaction paid with the gift card is refunded as a gift card. Safeguard this card; it's not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

Lost or Stolen
Neither the Gift Card nor eGift Card is replaceable if lost or stolen. Please treat the Gift Cards or eGift Cards like cash. Joseph Abboud will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Cards.

Expiration
Joseph Abboud Gift Cards and eGift Cards never expire.

Verification
Orders for Joseph Abboud eGift Cards may be subject to additional verification before fulfillment. Joseph Abboud eGift Cards may be e-mailed to international customers; however, josephabboud.com orders can only be shipped within the United States.

Acceptance of Terms
Your purchase, use or acceptance of either the Gift Card or the eGift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated here and on your Gift Card. Promotions. Joseph Abboud Gift Cards and eGift Cards may not be purchased using promotional offers or discounts. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card or eGift Card purchases.

Not for Promotional Use
Joseph Abboud Gift Cards or Joseph Abboud eGift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) unless you obtain Joseph Abboud's prior written approval.

No Affiliation with Joseph Abboud
Except as stated elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, the use of Joseph Abboud's name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its parent or affiliate companies) in connection with the purchase or use of Joseph Abboud's Gift Cards or eGift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of Joseph Abboud Gift Cards or eGift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Joseph Abboud or any of its parent or affiliate companies is prohibited.

Failed Delivery of eGift Cards
The recipient may not receive an eGift Card for several reasons, including an invalid e-mail address, the recipient has a firewall or spam filter that blocked the e-mail, or the recipient's e-mail inbox is full and cannot accept additional e-mails. If you need further assistance or if you have not received your eGift Card, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-945-8897. Joseph Abboud is not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received because the purchaser failed to give a correct e-mail address for the recipient.

Fraud
Joseph Abboud reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for additional review any Gift Cards or eGift Cards or purchases online or in store in the event of suspected fraud, mistakenly issued eGift Cards or Gift Cards that are issued with the incorrect dollar amount, or for other violations of these Terms and Conditions.

 
What if my gift card or eGift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed?

Please safeguard your Joseph Abboud Gift Card or eGift Card. Lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be replaced. Joseph Abboud and its parent or affiliate companies shall have no liability to you for lost or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Cards.

How do I redeem my eGift Card?

Joseph Abboud Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable in store and online. Online it can be used during the checkout process on the "Shipping & Payment" page. You will need the e-gift card number and pin to redeem.

However, Gift Cards that do not have a PIN number on the back are only redeemable in our store.

Joseph Abboud Gift Cards and eGift Cards never expire.

 
What is a PIN and where do I find it?

A PIN is a personal identification number that is unique to your Joseph Abboud Gift Card. Your card number and PIN are located on the back of your Joseph Abboud Gift Card under the silver scratch-off area and are used to ensure security for online orders.

Gift cards that do not have a PIN number on the back are not redeemable online. Gift Cards that have a PIN can be redeemed both in store and online.
